Abstract：

如何将受资助的大学生培养成国家伟大事业的合格建设者，是大学生资助育人工作需要深入研究的。有效成长、健康成人、励志成才、走向成功，将新时代的大学生的资助育人工作现在“扶智”“扶志”上。采用“四成教育”探索资助育人工作模式，提高受资助大学生的人才培养质量，为学生的学习和发展提供保障。
