Abstract：
目前我国城市化发展水平和科技水平发展都十分快速，建筑工程管理中还存在诸多问题。建筑工程作为我国经济建设的重要组成部分，也承载着十分严峻的使命和任务。一般认为，建筑工程项目作为一项综合性的工作内容，往往也伴随着较大的复杂性、专业性，同时也会涉及多个方面，成本的组成是比较复杂的。基于此，通过工程造价的动态管理，也能够帮助企业更好地对焦问题，提高企业工程造价管理的质量，保证企业工程建设的经济效益。
