    Abstract：

    造价控制属于现代建筑工程管理中的基本项目之一，工程造价的精准性关系到建筑企业稳定发展的持续性，然而建筑工程修建项目繁多、时期长，因此成本管控过程具有较高难度，无法保证对每一项资源予以精准配置和管控。部分企业仅对工程施工造价管控予以了重视，如此片面化的管控必然存在较大造价偏差，可能会造成企业经济大量损耗，阻碍企业稳定发展。因此应实行全过程造价控制，对工程修建的每一环节予以管控，保证在合理范围内成本投入最小化，方能使建筑企业持续稳定发展。
