巧妙运用分层教学法有效落实“双减”政策——以小学数学教学为例

Abstract：
“双减”政策强调减轻义务教育阶段学生过重的作业负担与校外培训，这给教育改革工作指出了一个新的方向，教师在教学中应尝试运用分层教学法。文章通过查阅资料、参与教学设计等方法研究如何运用分层教学法落实“双减”政策，并整理了所得到的结果。实践证明，分层教学法能够实现“减负”与“提质”双重任务，符合“双减”需求。在教学实践中，教师可以通过对教育对象、教育目标、教育指导、数学作业的分层将每个学生放在合适的位置上，确保他们在轻松的状态下有效构建数学知识体系，有效落实“双减”政策。
