Abstract：
时代不断发展，教育不断进步基于核心素养视域下在初中数学教学育人过程中依据多元化的教学方法培养学生的运算能力，有助于培养学生良好的运算习惯，锻炼学生数学知识的理解能力，也可以增加学生的解题经验。教师在教学中运用各种各样的教育设施可以更好地把知识传授给学生，从而提高学生学习的积极性，培养学生的数学学习兴趣。
