Abstract：
为了全面提升风电机组运行管理水平，要结合其实际应用要求，落实更加可靠且规范的维护管理机制，减少故障隐患的同时，为风力发电机组运行安全提供保障。本文分析了风电机组运行管理与维护的意义，并对工作中的不足予以介绍，最后集中讨论了管理维护的具体方案。
