Abstract：
我国的房地产市场有着更加长远的发展，因此也给房产测绘行业的发展带来了巨大的发展机遇和挑战。同时对房屋面积测量结果的准确性也提出了更高的要求。在现阶段房产测绘工作开展的过程中，其主要的工作任务就是尽可能缩小房屋预测面积与房屋实际面积之间的差距，而减小这种差距的最好方法就是，加强对房屋面积测量方法的研究，在传统房屋面积测量方法的基础上，进行不断地优化完善。鉴于此，本文主要分析探讨了房产测绘中房屋面积测绘方面的内容，以供参阅。
