高校行政管理人员业务能力提升策略研究

Abstract：
在高校教育教学及日常治理工作中，离不开专业能力强、综合素质高的行政管理人员，其业务能力成为直接影响高校能否健康持续运转的重要因素，加快提升行政管理人员的业务能力是当前高校关注的重要问题，但由于各方面原因，导致高校行政管理人员的业务能力还存在较大的提升空间。本文主要对新时期我国高校行政管理人员业务能力提升的必要性进行分析，并指出其存在的问题，最后提出相应的对策以加快提升行政管理人员业务能力，为高校各方面发展提供必要保障。
