初中阶段的学生他们有自己独立的思想，拥有强烈的自尊心，对于初中生的教学，我们不仅要教会学生知识，同时也要在班级管理中进行人本观念的渗透，促进初中生人格的全面发展，让学生具有正确的人生观、价值观，勇于创新，不断在学习中取得进步，形成完善人格。
