Abstract：
目前，随着社会的不断发展，建筑工程管理产业迎来了全新的历史发展时机。同时，由于近年来我国国民经济得到了有效的提升，人们在拥有更多经济收益后开始准求更加高质量的生活水平，从而对建筑工程管理提出了更高的要求。如果想要进行更加高质量的建设工作，需要将建筑与房地产经济管理在建筑工程管理中所具备的作用进行研究，以此来不断提升自身工程质量。
