Abstract：
随着改革开放的深入发展，轨道交通对城市综合交通运输体系的建设，起到了良好的推动作用。城市轨道交通建设工作的开展，能够促进城市的总体发展。为了更好地满足社会发展需要，许多中职院校陆续开设了城市轨道交通专业。中职城市轨道交通专业，需要高度重视人才培养与教学改革工作，利用多元化的措施，确保人才培养目标的实现，进而推动整个社会的发展与进步。
