    Abstract：

    当前素质教育得以深度的发展，为了更好的传承先进的教学思想，必须从实际入手，研究出符合学生实际的方法，让学生更加深度的运用知识，最终顺利的达成新课程改革的目标。本文结合小学数学课堂教学实际，从导入环节入手，精心的设计悬念，运用现代化的信息技术，组织小组之间的讨论活动，引导学生进行主动的参与，实施实践性的改革，把学生带入到轻松愉悦的课程学习之中，帮助学生进行数学概念和性质的转化，最终的达成知识的学习致用，全面提高学生的学习效果。
