Abstract：
随着社会的发展和经济水平的提高，培养学生的写作能力是当前语文素质教学改革的重要环节，在新课改的指引下培养学生写作的能力，是教师在语文课堂上重点讲述的内容之一。同时，对学生写作能力的培养也是评判学生语文素养的重要指标，在小学阶段就要给学生打下坚实的写作基础。尤其是在农村的小学，一些学生的学习基础薄弱，农村教师的语文阅读写作教学能力与城市学校教师有一定的差距，因此学校给予教师更多的培训。
