Abstract：
差异化教学就是指根据现实的教学情况，采取个性化的教学手段。当前的社会环境赋予了每个学生施展个性，发扬个人特长的成长空间。差异化的教学实践正是对于学生特点的不断贴近，引导教师在差异化的表象下挖掘出数学课堂的更多可能，并由此发现当前数学课堂的不足之处。本文将先行分析差异化教学的重要内涵，进而阐述当前初中数学课堂的教学特点，以及差异化教学在初中数学课堂中得以运用的必要性，最终得出差异化教学在初中数学课堂中的运用策略。
