    爱迪生曾经说过：“兴趣是最好的老师。”我们在教学过程中应特别注重孩子兴趣的培养，每个孩子对英语的兴趣都不是天生的、与生俱来的；兴趣需要持续不断地培养。作为一名英语教师，要千方百计地激发学生学习英语的兴趣，变被动为主动。那么，如何才能激发学生的兴趣呢？根据十多年来的教学实践，我认为可以从以下几个方面来激发和培养学生的兴趣。
