三级跳远常见问题及优化方法研究

Abstract：

三级跳远运动作为田径运动项目难度系数较高运动，是目前学校教学重要项目，在提升学生身体素养方面发挥重要作用。然而，目前学生在练习三级跳远存在起跳时用前脚着地、原地双脚起跳无法跨出、三跳节奏混乱并不连贯的问题，需要从规范技术训练、增强身体练习、优化技术细节方面进行优化，以此规避三级跳远常见易犯错误。
