Abstract：
在水利工程项目建立过程中，对于环境的影响不容小觑，尽管其对于发电项目、调蓄洪峰项目以及灌溉项目都有深远的影响，却存在严重破坏生态资源的问题。从长远发展角度分析，其中存在一定的问题，需要相关项目管理人员针对具体问题进行集中处理和综合管控，真正实现经济效益和社会效益的双赢。本文就此展开了论述，以供参阅。
