Abstract：
在社会快速发展的过程中，残疾人群体的生活幸福问题逐步引起了社会的关注。本文即站在残疾人辅助性就业的视角下，对残疾人辅助性就业实践问题进行探索。文章首先以如康家园为例，分析了残疾人辅助性就业的实践活动，提出了残疾人群体在辅助性就业过程中面临的问题，并分析了针对性的帮助残疾人开展辅助性就业的措施，为残疾人社会权益的维护提供有价值的参考。
