    Abstract：

    本文主要通过介绍中国酒文化背景、相关中药材的概述、主要研究内以及应用价值与转化前景等几个方面介绍大学生科技创新实验--化橘红蜂蜜葛根解酒茶饮料的设计思路，拟将感官评分作为指标，通过工艺研究常用的单因素正交试验和方差分析的方法，探索解酒茶饮料最佳配方，在动物醉酒模型中进一步验证其解酒效果。有望提升茂名地区化橘红产品附加值，为其扩大产业化提供一个良好的参考。
