建筑信息模型（BIM）作为正在引发建筑行业重大变革的新趋势数字技术，可以用来研究管理工程建设及应用等全生命周期的模拟分析，帮助建筑单位提升施工排序、安全防控、统筹管理等的数字化和智能化水平。本文首先对BIM技术的应用范围与应用的重要性进行探讨，并进一步研究暖通空调施工中BIM技术的应用要点。
