Abstract：
在新时代“双减”以及五项管理政策背景下，教师的专业化水平显得尤为重要，青年教师是教育系统的生力军和主力军，更是教育的未来和希望，因此培养一个合格的青年教师是十分重要的。利用分层培养的模式开展青年教师的培训对于当前的教育进步来说是十分有必要的。本文通过分析青年教师分层培养的实践，提出“自下而上”的青年教师分层培养计划，并进行有效的探索。
