Abstract：
职业教育是以就业为导向，学生毕业后直接面临就业创业的实际问题，要想提高学生的就业率、就业稳定率和创业率，就需要提高学生的就业创业能力。如何提高学生的就业创业能力就成了职业院校面临的重大问题。学生的就业创业能力提高了，在就业和创业过程中也会更有竞争力，这样学校也能更快、更好的发展。
