Abstract：
随着新高考改革的陆续推进，众多省份启动高考综合改革，实施新课标、新教材、新高考，历史学科教材变化特别大，对于长期使用旧教材进行历史教学的老师而言，是一个非常大的挑战。如何在新课标、新教材和新高考 “三新”背景下有效进行高中历史教学设计，笔者认为领会“三新”要求、创设情景问题驱动等能够提高高中历史教学设计的实效性、从而促进历史教学质量的提高，达到学科育人目标。
