Abstract：
中职校园欺凌是指：中等职业学校及其合理辐射区域内发生的教师或者学生针对学生的持续性的心理性或者物理性攻击行为。其范围广、频率高、形式多种多样、隐蔽性强，十分不利于中职学生的发展，甚至有可能危及生命，这一现象普遍存在于青少年的青春期阶段。其形式不限于打骂、孤立、侮辱,抢劫等不良行为，由于其环境和对象的特殊性，这一行为在早期并没有引起足够的重视，随着国家专项治理行动的开展，校园欺凌有望得到解决。基于此，本文就中职学校校园欺凌现象探讨相应的应对策略。
