Abstract：
新时期工会组织开展职工文化活动，能对工会组织工作的开展以及职工活力的调动产生积极的影响，有助于促进职工文化活动的全面创新。本文结合工会工作的开展对有效组织开展职工文化活动的措施进行了系统的探究，并论证了新时期开展职工文化活动的效果，力求能借助职工文化活动的科学组织规划，为新时期职工工作的系统贯彻落实提供良好的支持。
