Abstract：
保障教育的公平性，才更为有助于保障社会的公平性，对于小学教师而言，在推动教育公平性的整个阶段，占据着十分关键的位置，其能够作为保障教育成效、以加快教学改革进程的一项重要要素，而对于职业道德教育来说，则能够在强化教师们的教育素质、以及促进教育工作的发展等方面之上，产生十分显著的作用。基于此，本文就以小学教师职业道德之根本内涵分析为出发点，而后探讨了小学教师职业道德的问题，最后对于小学教师职业道德养成路径进行了研究与分析。
