Abstract：

为了有效提升新农村建设水平，我国也出台了具体的方针政策和发展战略，而为了使基层乡镇创造力得到有效释放，需要对乡镇管理工作模式进行合理改革和创新。本文针对新时期乡镇会计管理工作进行分析，介绍了乡镇会计工作的概念，并提出具体的工作策略，希望能够为相关工作人员起到一些参考和借鉴。
