Abstract：
自新中国成立以来，国有企业始终紧跟党的步伐，坚定不移地服从党的领导，逐步的开展经济建设，确保了所有非民营企业的部门公有制性质。坚持提升岗位文化的发展，可以展现出国营公司的特点和思想，才能在管理部门的引导下，让从业人员更好地开展工作，更有利于发展国营企业，也能够高效率地将党建文化和企业文化融合在一起，最大限度地展现出我们国家制度优越性，更好地推动我们国家未来发展。
