Abstract：
德智体美劳全面发展五育并举已经成为了我国最为基本的教育原则，同时也是中职教育在体系建设中最为重要的指导思想。因此在中职教育中就需要做好德育劳动教育，提升学生整体素养，做好工匠精神培养工作，将学生培养成为社会所需要的复合型技能人才，为学生全面发展奠定基础。
