    随着科技的发展，网络的普及，网络化教学已经成为高职教育中不可或缺的辅助教学手段，尤其在疫情的背景下，本着停课不停学，停课不停教的方针政策，网络教学凸显出其他教学方式无法比拟的优势，本文对高职教育中食品专业课教学中网络化的改革进行了综述。
