    自主学习是与传统学习相对应的一种现代化学习。后疫情时代的出现加速了社会发展对大学生自主学习能力的要求。民办高校大学生自主学习能力相对较低，建立科学有效地激励机制，能够提高大学生自主学习能力，有助于大学生自我成长，也是大学教育发展的必然要求。
