    社会的不断发展，使得职业划分越来越精细。以高职为起点的五年一贯制教育能够更好地提升学生专业能力，拓宽学生就业渠道。在五年一贯制教学培养模式之下，学校与家庭要能够建立起较强的对话意识，并通过多种方式信息交流，有效共享，服务学生全面发展。现从五年一贯制人才培养落实过程中家校合作的必要性分析入手，浅谈人才培养过程中加强合作的有效路径及实施细则。
