Abstract：
当前，烹饪教学模式存在一些问题，以致教学效果不够理想，需要运用基于超星学习通的混合教学法。在桂菜制作课程教学中，要运用好这一教学法，需要做好课前预习、课中导学、课后巩固及教学评价等环节的工作，并及时对教学效果进行反思，以提高教学质量。
