Abstract：
高质量发展物流业，构建现代流通体系需要高素质、复合型、专业性强的物流人才。本文以苏州区域经济和物流业人才需求为出发点，准确定位高职物流专业人才培养目标，并根据物流岗位能力要求，优化课程体系，对课程建设也提出一些建议。
