    培养学生的核心素养和综合素质，科学合理 的班级管理模式起到了非常重要的作用。高中班主任在开展班级管理工作的过程中，要做到“法治”与“德治”的完美结合、相辅相成，从而有效提升高中生的人格品质和综合素养，使其成长为全面发展、德 才兼备的优秀人才。基于此，本文从三个方面详细论述了如何在高中班级中实施管理策略，一起为大家提供一些有益的参考和借鉴。
