Abstract：
《石门颂》是东汉时期较早的摩崖极品隶书，刻于东汉建和二年（公元148年）。它是篆书向隶书演变进程中的石刻文字，风格独特，融篆味、隶法、草意于一体，具有圆笔、拙朴、细劲、奔放等特征，其线条沉着瘦劲，结字古拙宽博，体势放纵疏朗，率真飘逸，自然成趣，素有“隶中之草”之称，为历代书家所推崇。临习《石门颂》要立足锤炼线条形质、笔法技法，掌握字法、章法等要求，着眼寻求金石趣味，积累书法素养，传承文化基因，为提高隶书艺术水平打牢坚实的基础。
