Abstract：
中职生作为应用型、技能型人才，他们的思想道德素质高低直接影响我国现代化事业的建设，其道德素质教育教学工作评价的实效性关涉到能否培养出高素质技能型人才，然而中等职业学校对道德素质评价工作的重要性认识不够，重技术轻德育，使得道德素质评价流于形式，道德素质评价工作质量不高，又直接影响思想政治教育课的成效，因此优化道德素质评价机制势在必行，只有这样才能切实提升中职生的道德素养，为祖国培育出德技双优的人才。
