新时期背景下医院图书馆管理工作迎来了新的挑战，在新时期医院的管理模式改革中是重点内容，医院图书馆集中了医院的信息资源，作为更新时代信息的战略阵地，新时期医院图书馆管理工作要突破传统的管理观念，加强对医院图书馆管理工作的优化探索，提高图书馆管理水平。本文对新时期背景下医院图书馆管理工作中存在的问题进行了探讨，分析了新时期背景下医院图书馆管理工作的优化措施。
