Abstract：
林业建设的基本保障是林木种苗，其承担森林世代繁衍以及推动林业发展的使命，林木种苗工作也是一项公益事业，在社会经济不断发展的背景下，尤其是林业生态建设不断发展的环境下，对林木种苗提出了更高要求。但根据目前情况来看，我国林木种苗发展过程中还存在比较多的问题，林木种苗建设任重而道远，所以，必须加强林木种苗工作的重视，在实行建设生态为主的林业发展战略过程中，首先要发展种苗，重视建设林木种苗。
