高职院校会计综合模拟实训教学改革探究

Abstract：
基于产教融合的发展目标与社会岗位对应用型人才的需要，高职院校越来越注重学生专业能力与核心职业能力的培养。文章主要研究了高职院校会计综合模拟实训教学存在的问题，发现当前实训教学内容与教学方法缺乏创新，与实际岗位联系不足。对策，提出了相关策略，建议院校根据会计岗位差异化设计实训课程，增强理论课程与实践课程的有机融合等，以期进一步提高学生的专业素养。
