    2021年7月24日，中央“双减”政策下发，要求大力提升教育教学质量，确保学生在校内学足学好。要做到这一点，最根本的是解决好课堂教学实效问题。英语作为一门国际性语言是人类交流的通用工具，因此要把听说教学作为小学阶段的一个基础和核心任务来完成。
