    Abstract：

    近年来，事业单位也紧跟着时代变革的步伐将绩效考核引入了人力资源管理。但是在实际应用的过程中，暴露出了许多的问题，由于事业单位对绩效考核没有深刻的理解，只是片面的将其与员工的薪资挂钩，没有完全发挥出绩效考核的全部价值，正因如此，事业单位的人力资源管理仍然没有实现人力资源的合理配置。
