Abstract：
当前的新课改深刻地影响着初中数学的教育模式，需要初中的数学教师不断寻找适合学生的教育方法。在现实的教学过程中，教师的教学方式对学生的学习情况也有着重要的影响，因此，初中数学教师就需要通过不断寻找适合学生的教学模式来对学生的学习成绩进行提升。在初中数学的课堂上开展分层教学可以引导学生积极主动地学习数学知识，加深学生对课堂所教授知识的理解。
