Abstract：
自“十三五”以来我国积极规划大数据建设工作，并对人工智能发展进行了规划，目前东海航海保障中心对于大数据的存储与使用已经完成初步探索及建设，但是对于数据的深度挖掘和航海保障智能化发展仍在探索阶段，如何利用东海航海保障中心自身优势开展新型航保服务是一个值得研究问题。
