Abstract：
英语作为学生在小学阶段的基础性学科，在整个教育体系中的重要占比也非常大。在新课改的不断推进和实施下，在小学英语课堂中建设高效课堂成为了教师的重要目标。基于此，本文从学习小组、信息技术以及分层教学这三个方面，阐述了小学英语高效课堂的建设。
