Abstract：
不断创新是发展的动力，因此必须推动高校体育教学方法的自主创新。随着我国体育教育改革的不断推进，孩子们综合能力的发展趋势已成为当前的总体目标。这一目标也可以推动我国高等职业教育的发展趋势。之后，更多新的教学方法将被纳入其中。教育理论的快速发展和课堂教学价值观的相应提升将更加重要。这说明国内高校的体育教学水平不断提高。
