    Abstract：

    拥有较高的职业素养有助于高职学生胜任未来的岗位工作，促进其个人职业的顺利发展，并为区域经济的发展做出贡献。校企合作背景下高职学生职业素养的培养具有明显的时代特色。本文以旅游类专业为例，针对高职学生职业素养培养存在的不足，提出了提升高职学生职业素养的对策。
