Abstract：
教师承担着教书育人的职责，只有教师具备积极人生信念才能够教出积极向上的学生，教师的幸福不仅关系着教师自我的身心健康，也关系到学生的健康成长。本文通过对教师幸福感的外部影响因素和内部影响因素进行分析，聚焦社会、学习和个人三个层面提出教师幸福感提升策略，以期对提高教师群体的工作积极性和幸福指数，提高教学质量做出一定的努力。
