数学是人类能够正确理解世界所应用的工具之一。社会发展越快，越需要每个人具备更强的数学思维和数学应用能力，同时也是个体适应社会持续发展必备的核心能力和基础素养。教师必须将提升学生的数学能力和数学素养作为重要的教学目标，要塑造学生完整的数学意识和数学素养，帮助学生全面提升数学核心素养。
