Abstract：
音乐作为抒发情感、增强审美以及陶冶情操重要学科，通过对学生音乐特长的挖掘，使其学习音乐知识的同时，更好提升艺术素养，也使学生能够获得更加全面的发展。由于艺术生培育目标，更加强调对其专业技能与艺术修养的锻炼。所以为了更好保证教学实效性，教师在进行音乐授课工作时，需要根据艺术生的学习特点入手，有计划性根据不同学生的实际情况设计人才培养方案，才能使学生在增强音乐技能与艺术修养中，以优异的成绩完成艺术考试。
